1. -Why don’t students know their expected learning results?
- They don't know there learning results because maybe they weren't listening to the directions and was lost. Also they may be confused on something and just refuses to learn. Another thing is they don't ask questions, They hear something that they don't know anything about and just sit there and be lost.
2. -What solutions should our school use to motivate students to know the ESLRs? How many students in our school could you estimate to know the ESLRs after following each solution?
- The solutions our school should motivate students to know the ESLRs is to have them draw parts of the ESLRs. Also learn and study fun facts about it. If i estimate my school on who followed each solution on the ESLRs I would say half of the school would.
3. -Why is it important for a school (or any organization) to write down the goals that they expect to achieve, before doing work toward that goal?
- Its important to write down your goals that you expect to achieve before doing work because its easier to remember and if one goal doesn't work out you go to the next goal. Written goals help you to stay focused on what you are trying to accomplish. You will succeed to the degree that you can stay on track towards achieving your goals. A written goal is
like a road sign which guides you and keeps you on track. When you look at your written goal you
can quickly assess your progress. You can determine if you are moving in the right direction or if
you need to readjust.
